Spinach and Ranch Veggie Dip
When snacking, I LOVE having a vegetable tray. It is always popular when entertaining or just because. It gives everyone a healthy choice when snacking and there is such a variety of vegetables to choose from! One day as I was preparing a vegetable tray for a day on the lake, I was thinking about how I wanted a dip that could be served with the vegetables. I was kind of thinking spinach dip meets onion dip. And then it came to me, who doesn’t love ranch! With a few simple ingredients, I had created the perfect vegetable dip. Let’s get cooking!
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 small package of frozen spinach, thawed, and water squeezed out of the spinach
1 package dry ranch dip
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Your choice of cucumbers (peeled and sliced), carrots (use already cut up carrots), radishes, celery, cherry tomatoes, and green peppers
Make sure all the water is squeezed out of the spinach before making this dip. Keep squeezing with your hands until little or no water comes out. Then, combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate or serve with your choice of cut up vegetables.
